Inclusions Sent to Ounces to Ashes

Clients are responsible for paying all fees associated with sending their inclusions to Ounces to Ashes. After you place an order, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to send inclusions. If you cannot locate this email please contact me immediately or visit the FAQs section of the website. 

Change in Address

It is the clients responsibility to contact me if their address has changed since placing the order and prior to their piece shipping out. If the client fails to update their address before shipping, they are responsible for paying for a new piece to be sent to the new address. 

Tracking Information

After an item is shipped, a tracking informational email will be sent. If your tracking says "delivered", please first check with any neighbors to see if they accidently received the package. If this is not the case, please give it a few days as sometimes the USPS will accidently mark a package delivered prior to delivery. If after a few days you still have not received your package, you should file a claim with the USPS. Please contact me if you need any help with this process, however, Ounces to Ashes will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
